The Chicago Fire aims for its fourth straight victory here tomorrow against the World Football League's least experienced team which is hoping to survive until next year

The Fire-Hawaiians tussle will be telecast live on WGN-TV [channel 9] at 7:30 p.m. Chicago time. WJJD-FM will broadcast on radio.

The Hawaiians [1-2] are anticipating a sellout crowd of 22,000 at 49-year-old Honolulu Stadium, nicknamed the Termite Palace by longtime football followers here anxious for the opening of a new, 50,000-seat stadium in January.

Considering their roster, the current arena may be big enough for now. The Hawaiians have only five players with any pro-experience, includeing 34-year old Jim Candile, an offensive guard who spent 11 seasons with the Chicago Bears.

But the future, if not now, is 1975 for the Hawaiians. Arriving, aside from celebrated signees Calvin Hill and All-Pro Tight End Ted Kwalick, are: Ed Flanagan, an All-Pro center from Detroit; Wide Receiver John Gillin of Minnesota; Linebacker Jim Sniadecki of the 49ers; Quarterback Randy Johnson of the Giants, and Running Back John Isenbarger, the 49er from Indiana University.

Until then, Coach Mike Giddings has had to make do with the passing of Norris Weese, who leads the WFL in completion percentage with 41 of 71 for .586, compared to Fire's Virgil Carter, who has clicked on 43 of 80 for .538.

Giddings' running offense got in gear against the Southern California Sun, scoring 31 points in the final period but losing 38-31. The Hawaiians whipped hapless Detroit 33-16 last week.

Even so, the Hawaiians have averaged only 2.9 yards per carry on the ground, and Giddings' mouth waters over the thought of Hill next season.

The Fire is playing its second game in five days, after defeating the Storm 29-22 Wednesday night in Portland
